Guarantee
The health of the cat/kitten is guaranteed for two months through examination by a CERTIFIED veterinarian at the discretion and expense of the buyer. If the cat is found to be of unsatisfactory health and written documentation from a licensed, CERTIFIED veterinarian is presented, the buyer will immediately deliver the cat to the breeder and receive a full refund of the purchase price of the cat/kitten. The breeder will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer during this time or for costs to return the cat/kitten to the breeder.
In the unlikely event of death within one month of the buyer taking possession, the cat/kitten must be wrapped in paper towels, placed in a plastic bag, and refrigerated, (not frozen), until a necropsy can be performed, by a qualified, licensed Veterinarian within five hours after death. All reports must be sent to our veterinarian. If necropsy proves beyond doubt, that death occurred from problems originating prior to the sale a replacement baby will be offered from the next available breed of the original species. The cost of the necropsy will be provided to the buyer.
Guarantee is void if all the following requirements are not followed:
The cat/kitten must be quarantined away from all other cats and an examination by a Certified Veterinarian must be done within 24 hours after possession.
If you currently have other cats/kittens or have had cats in the same environment within the past year, you must provide documentation of their health and past medical history. The reasoning for this is that many viruses can stay in the environment for many months after an infected cat/kitten is removed.
